Great coaches never stop being curious.

Coach Development Days are focused, one-day experiences built around a particular area of coaching. Explore an idea in depth, question familiar practice, work alongside other

coaches and leave with something you can put into practice.

MORE THAN CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.

Development shouldn't be something coaches do simply to maintain a qualification.

It should be a chance to step away from routine, challenge your thinking and explore new ideas that genuinely change the way you coach.

Great coaching keeps evolving. So should the thinking behind it.

Coach Development Days create space to question, explore and experiment — taking fresh thinking back into your coaching and continuing to develop long after the day itself.

WHY I CREATED COACH DEVELOPMENT DAYS

Coaches rarely need another broad course. Often, they need the opportunity to spend proper time exploring one part of their coaching.

Coach Development Days were created to provide exactly that: focused experiences where we can take a coaching challenge,

idea or area of practice and explore it properly through discussion, observation and real coaching.

This is for you if

It may not be right if

You already coach and want to keep developing your practice.
You want to explore a particular coaching idea in greater depth.
You're open to questioning familiar ways of doing things.
You value learning alongside coaches with different experiences.

You're looking primarily for a qualification or

assessment.
You want a fixed course that covers everything.
You're looking for someone to give you a single

"correct" way to coach.
You're not interested in reflecting on or experimenting

with your current practice.

WHY COACH DEVELOPMENT DAYS MATTER

Fresh perspective

Deeper understanding

Shared learning

Changed practice

Experience alone doesn't automatically create expertise.

What matters is what we notice, question and change because of it.

A Development Day may last a day.
What it changes in your coaching
will last much longer.
