Putting your development into practice when it matters.
World Championships support takes the Under-23 programme into a competition environment — using training, preparation and competition itself as opportunities to learn.
We'll work with athletes through the different stages of the Championships, helping them prepare, perform, reflect and adapt while increasingly taking responsibility for their own decisions.
The aim isn't simply the result. It's learning more about yourself as a performer and taking that learning forward.
What's included
Coached water sessions, purposeful practice, developmental workshops and individual support, plus development tasks and ongoing coach contact between gatherings.
