This gathering brings the development cycle together — reflecting on what you've learned, how you've changed and what now deserves your attention.
Alongside our work on the water, we'll review the direction you've been working towards, explore what has and hasn't moved, and use that understanding to shape what comes next.
This isn't about reaching the end of the programme. It's about becoming increasingly capable of recognising and driving the next stage of your own development.
What's included
Coached water sessions, purposeful practice, developmental workshops and individual support, plus development tasks and ongoing coach contact between gatherings.
