About the event
Setting the foundations for the Under-23 programme.
Our first gathering is about understanding how the programme will work and establishing the environment we're going to create together.
Alongside plenty of time on the water, we'll explore expectations, how the gatherings and work between them connect, the role of the athlete and coaches, and what increasing ownership means in practice.
The aim is to leave with a shared understanding of how we'll work together and how to get the most from the programme.
What's included
Coached water sessions, purposeful practice, developmental workshops and individual support, plus development tasks and ongoing coach contact between gatherings.
