About the event
Taking your development into a different environment.
Four days in Millau gives us the opportunity to go deeper — combining coached water time, purposeful practice and development work across a longer training block.
We'll use the change of venue and extended time together to put the work from previous gatherings into practice: setting direction, making training decisions, reflecting on what happens and adapting as we go.
The emphasis is increasingly on taking ownership — using the coaches, the group and the environment to help drive your own development.
What's included
Coached water sessions, purposeful practice, developmental workshops and individual support, plus development tasks and ongoing coach contact between gatherings.
