About the event
Becoming better at learning, not simply better at paddling.
This gathering explores how you learn, practise and make development increasingly your own.
Alongside our work on the water, we'll look at how you approach practice, how you recognise what is and isn't working, and how you can make better decisions about what to try next.
The aim is to become increasingly active in your own learning rather than simply waiting for the coach to provide the answers.
What's included
Coached water sessions, purposeful practice, developmental workshops and individual support, plus development tasks and ongoing coach contact between gatherings.
