This day explores the judgement behind effective intervention: deciding what deserves attention, what might create the greatest change and how much input an athlete actually needs. We’ll experiment with telling, questioning, feedback and deliberate non-intervention, exploring how different choices influence learning. The challenge is moving from spotting problems to making better coaching decisions.
