About the event
Great coaching doesn’t always require giving better instructions. This day explores how we can design situations that help athletes discover, adapt and learn for themselves. We’ll experiment with tasks, constraints, variability and the environment, looking at how small changes can influence movement and decision-making. The challenge is moving beyond correcting performance and deliberately designing experiences that help athletes become increasingly independent learners.
