Great coaching starts with seeing more clearly. This day explores how to observe freestyle movement as a connected system rather than a collection of individual actions. We’ll look at cause and symptom, relationships between boat, body and paddle, and how pitch, yaw and roll combine within movement. The challenge isn’t simply noticing more — it’s recognising what matters and understanding what might be driving what you see.
