Burners Sessions are focused coaching days designed to help young paddlers explore what’s possible, develop their freestyle and become increasingly independent in how they learn.
On our Thames Weir sessions, we split the day into two water sessions with a break in the middle for video analysis, discussion or another development activity. It gives paddlers time to step away from the water, look at what’s happening, explore ideas together and then take that thinking back into the afternoon session.
